49 咖哩花生醬
自從我決定要嘗試gluten free diet之後,發明了好多有趣的烹調方式。
譬如說把花生醬和咖哩粉,蒜頭,優格乳摻在一起煮一煮之後,可以變成又辣又香又甜的咖哩醬。可以摻在炒飯豆,花椰菜,quinoa,是個好吃的類炒飯。
但是今天嘗試拿蘋果和芝士一起煮,吃起來好像嘔吐的味道。
